How to apply: Select a pot with a drainage hole and fill about 1/3 full with potting mix. Loosen the plant’s root ball and place in the pot. Add more mix and press lightly. Water the plant; let it drain. After you plant: Mix should be allowed to dry to the touch between waterings. To avoid soil compaction and replenish nutrients, container plants should be repotted every year or as needed.
